Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Worst experience ever so far. I ordered four months ago and they barely responded to any emails until yesterday.
I just got a response and now I'm still waiting for the answer.
Regardless of them knowing the situation, they are still asking if I want my items shipped. I need help if anyone can assist.

Where is my order
I placed an order on the April 30th and still haven't received any items. I'm in Georgia, I have a brother who lives in NJ and ordered the same items 7 days after me and he already received his purchase. We got the same thing and if it's coming from California then shipping to New Jersey or Georgia is the same distance

Looking for order
Damn company don't have a phone # to talk too anybody you place a order it takes months to get ship I'm not understanding why takes so long for a company to ship orders out o a timely manner I cant Ill to anyone who can help all you get is a robot when you do a email its crazy you are spending money on merchandise that takes weeks to be delivered is beyond crazy

I placed 2 orders over 100.00 and never received my merchandise nor any updates and I am pissed. If merchandise is going to take awhile to be shipped advised with updates.
There is no contact number and your merchandise is just somewhere but u have no one to speak to.
Please refund my money. Had I known it would be like this I would not have ordered

My Yeezy pods were sent to a whole new address and the name was different, I was only provided a tracking number and was told by USPS that it was sent, there's no one to contact in regards to getting refunded, the "shop" app was no help either they are the people who send it out for Yeezy this was a terrible experience and hope they eventually figure this out, this is the last time I buy Yeezy products smh.

User's recommendation: Well I made a mistake by ordering the wrong size … but y’all did move & work professionally towards fixing the problem & y’all did a grate job by fixing the situation I have no complaints yall gave me my money back in a record time I was pleased with y’all but now I’m waiting on a new order just trying to get confirmation on my new order

If someone makes a mistake in their order, forget it. You have a terrible response time.
You dont respond correctly to any issues.

Order was shipped to wrong address
Never received my delivery it was sent to the wrong address. I having problems getting through to anyone about this matter.
Item cancelled and no money returned
The item was supposed to send to the address in Jersey and it says in the tracking information that the label was canceled, UPS label was canceled and so they don't know what happened
